Q: Why should I Maintain my HVAC System?

A: Regular maintenance is the best way to ensure trouble free operation and peak performance.

Q: I see water in my pan and now my air is not working. Why?

A: This is a sign that something is either dripping, leaking or not draining.  There is a safety float switch in the pan that is retaining water and when it reaches a certain height the furnace  will automatically cut off.

Q: There is ice build up and now my air is not working. Why?

A: The system may be low on freon, you may have a dirty filter or furnace cabinet or coil may be dirty.  Turn system off immediately to allow ice to thaw

Q: I'm suffering from allergies and or asthma. What can I do?

A: Talk to us about a whole house air cleaner like the Clean Air Effects. It removes up to 99.98% of airborne allergens from the air making it 8 times more effective than a HEPA filter or 100 times than a 1" filter.

Q: Why is it important for me to use a NATE Certified technician?

A: NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified technicians are the only technician recognized  nationally for the expertise in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC).
